Elizabeth L Schultz
Candidate for Chairman
A decade of proven conservative leadership — from the halls of the Virginia General Assembly to the heart of Chesterfield County communities.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND & GRASSROOTS CONSERVATIVE RECORD
Ashley has been an active conservative organizer since 2015, walking the halls of the Virginia General Assembly and advocating directly before legislators for conservative causes — work that resulted in meaningful legislative victories for the Commonwealth.
In 2018, Ashley organized a Midlothian meet-and-greet for Congressman Dave Brat that drew nearly 100 business community members and grassroots supporters — demonstrating the ability to mobilize voters and build coalitions.
Elected President of the Huguenot Republican Women's Club (2019–2020), Ashley led volunteers through the full cycle of campaign work: poll watching, door knocking, phone banking, and voter outreach.
In the 2019 election cycle, Ashley coordinated professional campaign videography — at no cost to campaigns — for a slate of 26 Republican candidates across races for House of Delegates, State Senate, Board of Supervisors, School Board, and Constitutional Offices.
Ashley has testified before legislative subcommittees in Richmond and has spoken directly before the Chesterfield County School Board on issues affecting local families — bringing the perspective of a mother of three children educated in Chesterfield County Public Schools.
Through her work with the Chesterfield County Republican Committee, Ashley has led the coordination of poll volunteers across multiple races for the full 45 day early voting window and has consistently volunteered to distribute sample ballots on Election Day.
